Disappointing Experience – Not BMW Worthy
I purchased a BMW 545e for nearly €50,000 from this company, trusting their Premium Selection promise, which was supposed to provide warranty coverage across Europe. At the time of purchase, they were extremely friendly and assured me that if anything went wrong, I would be covered.
Fast forward a year, my parking sensors failed, so I took the car to my local BMW dealer in Rotterdam—only to be told that there was no warranty on the vehicle. This was shocking, given the assurances I received at the time of purchase. I tried contacting the selling dealer, and after repeated ignored calls and delayed responses, they finally told me via email that my car actually had Europlus Garantie instead of Premium Selection. They then attempted to shift the blame onto the Rotterdam dealer, claiming they didn’t know how the warranty worked.
After investigating Europlus Garantie, I discovered it’s essentially an insurance policy in Germany that requires pre-approval before any repairs. If approval isn’t granted, you must take the car to a designated repair shop. In my case, because my local dealer had already fixed the issue (unaware of this hidden process), the insurance company refused to cover the costs.
This entire situation is beyond frustrating. First, they sold the car under false pretenses, claiming it had a Premium Selection warranty when it did not. That’s deceptive. Second, once the sale was completed, they completely washed their hands of any responsibility, proving they only care about making the sale—not about customer service.
I strongly warn others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company. Their business practices feel manipulative, and this level of service is absolutely not worthy of the BMW brand. That companies like this still exist in 2025 is truly disappointing.

The young used car was sold with damaged tire under BMW Premium Selection condition. Before delivery, it was promised to replace the tire with a new one, but the vehicle still arrived on trailer with the same damaged tire. They have not kept their promise, quite a long time has passed.

Quite good experience at the end. Had problems with my car which I bought from BMW Kruft. As example car painting was not in good condition even though so declared and car was premium selection. However I must say the shop handled the case with a customer oriented approach and issues were properly fixed. Exemplary customer service.
