I sold my car on September 10, 2025, and picked up a new Golf GTI at the Autostadt in Wolfsburg on December 4, 2025.
I opted for a lease through Leasingmark.de. The transaction was handled by VW Auto Zentrum Nürnberg-Feser GmbH in Nuremberg, specifically by sales consultant Lea Ricklefs. Ms. Ricklefs was/is incredibly dedicated; even in her absence, everything ran smoothly. Many thanks for that.

Following the fourth breakdown for the same problem I wanted to make sure that it was thoroughly dealt with when it failed to start twice in one day. 3 out of 4 of the VW garages I went to had staff who were polite , very helpful and discussed the possible causes with me. Michael Plachner at VW Buhl was terrific. One week later, in Nuremburg the receptionist was rude and petulant. After inisting that I speak to a mechanic or expert, I met with Lukas Osamn, a very charming young man, who listened to what concerned me. However, on collecting the vehicle the receptionist was very quick and willing to take my 4000 euro, but argumentative when I asked to speak to an engineer - I wanted a full explanation of the diagnosis and solution. I don't speak German. I recognise the word battery, but one week earlier Lukas checked the battery and said there was no problem. I am sorry but I am fed up with young women who have no respect for their seniors. VW - get rid of the baby dolls with their huge eyelashes and puffed up lips and get some reponsible mature folk on the front desk who know something about cars. When I see a line up like that, whatever the business, I have little faith in their ability. The women at Buhl while not baby dolls they were a credit to the business.

I wanted to buy a car, they replied that it was not sold, the same moment I wrote to them that I was interested, they replied after 2 hours the car was sold. The day after that, the vehicle is on the ads again, so they say it's a mistake. It seems they don't want to sell me the car. Totally frivolous. 1 rating is too much for them.

I can only recommend this garage and especially Mr. Kleim Christoph who was extremely arranging and able to diagnose an issue with the airbags and the locking system of a door on my VW van. After a couple of thousand kilometers, I can say that it was definitely worth the visit!

During our vacation we have noticed strange noise from front left wheel on our Sharan. We were treated as priority by service staff and in about 30 min we could continue on our journey. We appreciate it very much and send our many thanks.
