We had a flat tire due to a screw getting stuck in it.
We went there early Monday morning. The staff looked at the tire and said they could repair it.
We were able to pick up the tire the same day, and they immediately remounted it for us. (They're much faster than doing it yourself.)
When we had a few more questions, they answered them professionally and clearly.

I wanted to store the summer tires for a new vehicle, which was delivered with winter tires, until the vehicle was moved in the spring. Despite prior arrangements by phone, the tires never arrived; it would only be profitable if the tires were also moved. It's a shame they can't calculate the costs in a way that makes sense for them; I didn't want it for nothing. Missed opportunity to acquire a new customer (800 company vehicles in stock). However, after another phone call, I found a competent replacement.

A complete disaster!!!
Last year, I bought new winter tires from Reifen Kamps in Nottuln and had them fitted there.
During the recent change to summer tires, I noticed that the threads on some of the wheel hub studs were severely damaged and could only be "salvaged" with difficulty. This happened because the nut was placed crookedly on the thread. This caused permanent damage, and my car is ruined. Absolute ignorance and a lack of expertise led to this mess.
I would rather give them 0 out of 5 stars, but unfortunately, that's not possible!
In my opinion, I don't recommend it!
