I want to share my experience with this volvo dealer, 2 months ago I bought a car from here, it is a volvo xc60 t8 inscription which I saw it on mobile.de and it was for sale. I am from Romania, so with a local company I chose that car and bought it, the dealer said that it has no technical issues, and that it also has volvo selekt guarantee and it is verified as it says on the website: "Volvo Qualitätscheck Bevor ein Gebrauchtwagen zum Volvo Selekt Fahrzeug wird, durchläuft er eine intensive Prüfung mit mehr als 100 Einzelkriterien. So können Sie sicher sein, dass jedes Fahrzeug auch höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen entspricht.". I trusted their transparency and I bought it. When it came, the tires where very used, another thing that they didn't mention. After 2 weeks of usage I got the check engine light. I thought there was no major issue with it, because it appeared and disappeared. After one month with this issue I finally went to a volvo dealer from Romania, that after a bit of finding and research they discovered many problems with the car. First thing is that the catalytic converter was melted with the two O2 sensors as well. That was the problem that made the check engine light to appear. Apparently it got to this point because of a leakage in the exhaust system that made the O2 sensors go crazy and destroyed the catalytic convertor. They 100% knew about this problems, because as it says, all volvo selekt cars go trough a 100 individuals checks, and also I got a paper that says that it was checked the car. They probably faked that too. Second thing, the rear right and left wheel bearings were also used to the point were it was dangerous to drive the car. The third thing was the amount of paint chips on the hood, on the door that they didn't mention as well, and the front camera that is blurry because of all the paint chips and dirt that is obstructing the lens. I recommend you to not buy any used car from this dealer, because they are not transparent in any way, they lied about the problems because they wanted to sell the car fast and make a profit on it. They are so lucky because I am not from germany to come to them and return the car. I will see if it possible to sue them in legal ways and get my money back. Now I need to spend over 5000 euros to repair the car, that they gave me with all the damages and issues. Also I cannot repair the car on guarantee because apparently it mentions that all the exhaust manifold and pieces are not covered including catalytic convertor. Thanks for scamming me with the car and making a bad reputation when buying a car from Germany.

December 2017 bought my Volvo at this Autohaus. Great experience. Great service. Mr C. Vetter was very helpful. Everything was done via email and phone. The car as described. Fully loaded configuration at the best price in whole country. Would definitely recommend.

First class communication, result, and overall experience for buying used XC40. English language not a problem whatsoever. Car as described, all was done with emails. All thanks to Matthias Döring for making it easy and straightforward.
