I had an urgent problem and was able to come in the same day. The service was very friendly and helpful. The estimated cost, pickup time, and the work performed were all perfectly accurate. Therefore, five stars.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.
Statements made over the phone completely contradicted what I received on-site. Initially, I was told the windshield washer hose couldn't be repaired because the replacement part was only available from the manufacturer. Then, suddenly, on-site, a repair was possible after all.
Furthermore, Pitstop was unwilling or unable to carry out any repairs on the car doors. I was sent away with a failed vehicle inspection (TÜV) and told to find another garage or contact the manufacturer.
Only on-site was I informed that the rims were actually no longer in good condition, yet they still fitted the new tires.
Overall, the communication was contradictory and unprofessional. I had always been a satisfied customer of Pitstop before.

I really enjoy coming here; I feel very well taken care of with my VW Golf. I've been a customer for years, and no matter what the problem is, Mr. Baaß always manages to fix it.
The prices are perfectly reasonable.
Repairs are usually finished in just a few hours, so you can drop your car off in the morning and pick it up again in the evening as usual.
I always come all the way from Glinde because I feel most comfortable here.

Problem: Car won't start properly or keeps stalling when starting. The customer, who has no clue, assumes it's a battery – the workshop understands the problem and simply replaces the battery without addressing the issue or offering any advice.
And now the best part: They call me, say the car is finished, can I pick it up? So I finish work much earlier and spend two hours on public transport, only for them to tell me on the spot that they're !!still having trouble starting!! How can you be so incompetent as to call the customer in for a pickup when you yourself can see that the problem is still there?! So I drive home without the car, and they look at it for a few more days, only to tell me that I have to take the car to the nearest workshop.
I've now paid €200 for a battery replacement that completely missed the point.
Thanks for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this workshop to anyone.
