I'd rather not give it any stars at all. I was in today to have my headlights adjusted, as it was important for the MOT, which I even mentioned was a complaint. I waited about 30 minutes, only to have the MOT lady tell me that the headlights were still adjusted too far to the left. It makes you wonder what they were doing to my car for 30 minutes? I'm simply stunned! You've lost me as a customer!

Very friendly and competent advice, and an appointment was arranged quickly. I was shown on-site what the cause of my brake problem was, and the necessary measures were discussed.

I had to change my garage a few months ago and came to Euromaster on a recommendation. Since then, I've had several appointments there (tire changes, service, etc.) and I'm completely satisfied. The employees are extremely friendly and competent and take the time to answer questions. Scheduling appointments is straightforward and hassle-free (both by phone and online). I also think the price-performance ratio is perfectly reasonable. I'm happy to have found a garage where my car is in good hands.
