I had two motorcycle tires mounted today. It was supposed to take one to two days, which I thought was fine. So I was all the more surprised when the friendly employee called me again after only half an hour to say the tires were ready. In my opinion, super fast and professional work at a good price. A real insider tip! The staff is friendly, helpful, and communicates on equal terms. I always get my car and motorcycle tires fitted here. I've even managed to convince my boss of the price and quality, so now our trucks get their new tires here too. Absolutely fantastic! A huge thank you and much praise to David, for me the best tire expert in Neubrandenburg.

I absolutely must adjust or revise my review, as it has completely changed. When you arrive at the office and find two employees already engaged in customer service, the other one neither greets you nor asks if they can help. Neubrandenburg is like a small town, and the branch is well-known, so naturally, people talk about it. However, in the last two months, I've heard a lot of negative feedback, with people suggesting they consider switching to another branch. In most cases, there's nothing good to say about the new branch manager; she's described as unfriendly, unprofessional towards customers, and condescending towards her employees. If an employee accidentally damages the alloy wheels, the customer is left to deal with it on their own and is simply out of luck. If you're lucky enough to encounter the more experienced employees shortly before closing time or on a Saturday, I can still say that you receive friendly service and prompt assistance, hence the one star. Personally, I picked up my wheels anyway and stored them elsewhere.
