I had a really great experience buying my Mercedes-Benz from Mr. Steffen Hermann. From the beginning, he was very professional, kind, and always quick to reply to our messages and requests. When we picked up the car, he took the time to explain everything in detail and gave us a great overview of all the features. A really great experience.
The online process was handled by Gerhard, and at the dealership, we met both Gerhard and Elena.
Gerhard was always super responsive and gave us all the answers that we needed. He was great during the process.
The only thing we would suggest improving is that, upon arrival, we were asked at the reception to wait for Elena, but no one showed us where we could sit, so we ended up standing with our bags during the wait. Elena later apologized for this oversight.
She then gave us a brief explanation of the documents and car's settings and features, and we had the pleasure of unveiling the car ourselves, as it was covered — a really nice touch. Gerhard was also present, and in the end, they gave us a small gift from Mercedes.
The dealership also took care of the paperwork for the registration and temporary insurance, which made us feel much more at ease with the process of transferring the car to Portugal.
We definitely recommend their service — after three weeks, we’re still very happy with our choice.

I wanted to take a moment to share my fantastic experience with this MB dealership. From start to finish, the level of service was exceptional, and their team was incredibly friendly and professional.
A special thank you to Gerhard, who went above and beyond to assist us. He patiently explained everything in detail, answered all our additional questions, and even provided a lot of pictures of the car to ensure we were fully informed. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to pick up the car a day earlier than expected, which was a huge help since our transport company had requested an earlier pickup to avoid a one-week delay in delivery.
We are extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely reach out to Gerhard again for any future needs. Thank you for making this such a smooth and positive experience!
