Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to report here. The cost estimate is significantly exceeded with every repair. Oddly enough, something else is always found during the repair that "coincidentally" drives the price up even further.
Unfortunately, I know several others who have had the exact same experience. Honesty seems to be a foreign concept here, and they try to squeeze every last penny out of you, especially with older cars.
We won't be going there again.

Up until now, I've been more than satisfied.
I've always taken my car there with a sense of security.
BUT
Today was my first visit since the change of ownership.
There's still a LOT of room for improvement to get back to the usual level of service.
When the mechanic stands there and "thinks" and guesses that he might have to do this or that to change a lightbulb, and doesn't dare ask the master mechanic because he's "in a bad mood because of another vehicle"...
Well, then. I'm out of there. Because I don't feel well taken care of. And I'm not entrusting my car to someone who just guesses and guesses.
It's a real shame. And I won't even start on the lack of friendliness. It's truly disappointing.

Unfriendly and very rude.
I'll never see this shop again.
I wanted to have a set of summer tires remounted. After inquiring by phone, I was confirmed that this was possible. When I dropped the tires off, the manager was so rude to me. He said he didn't need to do the stupid work for such customers.

We've been a customer of Reifen Ermler for years.
The price-performance ratio is excellent.
Above all, the competent advice always impresses us. We will continue to contact Ermler when it comes to rims and tires.
