Over the past year, I've visited the Lütke Uphues Citroën dealership in Münster several times, most recently on February 6, 2026. The service there has been excellent.
Since I only speak English and not German, the reception staff, although some of them don't speak English, are always very patient, explaining everything to me in simple English and with an English translator. While the language barrier makes me a little nervous, their friendliness and constant smiles make me feel very comfortable and at ease.
The mechanic responsible for my car always comes over personally, stands beside my car, and carefully, attentively, and patiently explains the problems to me in English. He is very friendly and always has a smile on his face. Sometimes, when car problems bother me, his words always reassure me. He always tells me not to worry and assures me that he will resolve my vehicle's issues.
Last week, when I had my car repaired, I forgot to ask them to arrange a loaner car in advance, even though my home is 40 kilometers away from the repair center. I immediately mentioned it at the front desk, and instead of scolding me for not making a request beforehand, they kindly and diligently arranged a free loaner car for me, which was a pleasant surprise.
This is the best car repair shop I've ever been to. I've never experienced such excellent service in Germany. This customer-centric service philosophy is truly commendable!
