I cannot recommend this garage. Ironically, they failed my TÜV due to 'rusty' brake pads—the very same pads they had installed only 6 months ago. They insisted on a new replacement, but I decided to get a second opinion. I went to another station and passed perfectly without any repairs. It feels like they were trying to charge me twice for the same part.

Rude and completely unprofessional. The mechanic adresses one issue, i fix it, only for the car to fail TÜV again because of another problem they didn’t address, all while charging absurdly high prices.
The manager is a disgrace—hot-headed, arrogant, and blatantly rude. Went home with a plus broken part. Absolutely not recommended!

I brought my car to have the passenger window repaired; the engine that lifts the window was broken and needed to be replaced.
When I got the car back, after driving home I noticed the very bad work that they did:
- the plastic inside the passenger's door was scratched. They forced it open with the wrong tools, as any amateur would do
- the window was now getting lifted too much, which pulled the gasket out of place and broke it.
I'm sure that they noticed all these problems (as the gasket was visibly broken and pulled out of place), but they didn't say anything, hoping that I didn't notice as well.
Too bad that I trusted them and didn't check the work before leaving.

I went for winter tyre change at Pitstop for the first time and the change went well however the mechanic did not check air pressure of the summer tyre. Therefore when I drove back home I continuously got warnings and ofcourse I had to rush to a gas station to refill as it wasn't safe.
Previous place was always filling air into new tyre before giving the car 🚗
I thought it's ignorance from Pitstop kriellerstr Munich. Disappointed ☹️

I just wanted to change to summer tyres. They did the service but put deep scratches on the headlight. This might happened unintentionally but they seemed to be very careless about customer car. I would never go to them again.
