Online setup was super easy, setting a date and time as well. When we arrived we where greeted by the specialist and he asked us if we needed all the services we have booked, not to do anything that was not needed, so appreciate the check. We left it for a tire change, and tire storage, they told us 2hrs and 2hrs later we received a call that the car was ready, perfectly on time. My german is not good, but we understood each other and also we could revert to English. So super recommended.

Considering I don’t speak German and they don’t speak English, every time I had a problem and asked for their service they sorted everything impeccably for me. And in quick time. I am very satisfied because they offered quality products for a honest price just like I desired.

Brought my car in for repairs. When getting the car back I notice new car damage done by the shop. I confront them and the employee offered me a fix. So I had to leave the car with them for a few days more. On collecting the car for the final time, a different employee on station told me that it were a damage that was already there and that they didn't cause it, basically treating me like I was conning them, with a derogatory attitude. I showed him the pictures of the car when I delivered it and then of the damage they have done and he tried to blame his outings on his contractor. But didn't apologise for his behaviour. Dude, I don't care if the guy of the guy of the guy you hired make some remarks that the damage were self-inflicted. You have to stand up for your statements and take full responsibility. This unprofessional and child-like behaviour and not appreciated. That's no way to treat a car or the customer himself and I will not go there again.

Terrible service. Very unfriendly and unpolite personnel. I will never take my car there again. I can only reco,end to avoid this place.

Big garage, no good for me as I had a van that was too tall for their ramp. They also didn't stock the regular tyres for a van
