I initially had a very good experience with Autohaus Sebastian Vogl and especially Mr. Pöllner. However, I had to cancel my inquiry because I found another dealer closer to my location.
When signing a leasing contract, the bank checks for open inquiries, so I needed confirmation of cancellation from Autohaus Sebastian Vogl. I requested this via email and LeasingMarkt, and another contact, Mr. Tuzlak responded quickly asking for a phone call, I clearly stated via email why I was not proceeding and asked again for written confirmation of cancellation. That was on February 21st. Since then, I have sent three follow-up emails, and today, on February 26th, I still have no response.
I understand that people are busy and processes exist, but at this point, it feels like they are intentionally delaying the cancellation, possibly to maintain their inquiry quota for February. Unfortunately, this resulted in a very frustrating and unprofessional experience, and my inquiry with the chosen car dealer is still on hold.

Great service! I have a leasing contract with them. I don't speak German very well, but the staff tried to help me and explain everything well. Thank you very much to Mr. Kleinschmidt for your care. I recommend!

We were towed to Autohaus Vogl in our 4-year-old Opel Zafira.
The dealership wasn't responsible for this damage, and it was repaired after a three-week wait.
Broken shock absorbers that had been "overlooked" at the previous Opel repair shop were also replaced. So far, so good. However, we were sent away with the words: "As it is now, the car is in top condition." However, we had already noticed that the vehicle was jerking very violently when braking (so something must be wrong here), and the air conditioning was making strange noises and wasn't cooling properly.
A month later, we had our tires changed, and I had already called ahead to ask them to have the brakes checked. Of course, everything was flat – brake pads and brake discs. Nevertheless, I had to make an appointment for a replacement a week later because they didn't have replacement parts in stock.
When I picked it up, they sold it to me in such a way that they would have discovered it themselves during the free check. Had they done a thorough inspection, the defective cooling compressor, which eventually surfaced when we sold our car, would probably have been noticed. So much for top condition.
Out of interest, we asked for a quote for a new car. I was initially delayed by a quarter of an hour because the gentlemen had just returned from their lunch break, even though we had an appointment at 1 p.m.
Unfortunately, our wishes were completely ignored during the consultation. They went on and on about full financing and leasing, but we would have liked to use our current car as a down payment. We haven't received an offer for that yet.
So we're saying goodbye to Opel – unfortunately, it's no longer a good feeling to have so much damage to a car you bought new within five years. It's not a good feeling to drive away from the workshop because you don't know what they've overlooked.
Unfortunately, this wasn't the only Opel workshop that had this experience for us.
