Because the start/stop indicator light had come on, I visited the workshop at short notice. Despite the employee being the only one there and the heavy workload, I received a friendly and courteous welcome. The problem was diagnosed promptly – a defective battery. After immediately ordering a new battery, the issue was resolved within two hours. During this time, I was made aware of the due inspection. An appointment was subsequently scheduled for the same day and carried out a week later. This appointment also went extremely well, with the employee demonstrating friendliness and competence. In addition, a loose connection in one of the license plate lights was identified and repaired. I have been visiting the Pitstop branch on Duvenstrasse for years and can recommend it without reservation. Thank you, Tim, for the prompt support and first-class service.

I went to Pitstop today to do a UVV check.
The examiner, Mr. Stefan, was very nice and friendly. He checked everything carefully and was happy to stick the sticker on for me.
