Unfortunately, I was somewhat disappointed by the service and friendliness.
I didn't get the feeling that the employee was very interested in helping me, and there was a lack of friendliness.
They were very curt and unfortunately not very solution-oriented… It's a shame, really, because I've never experienced this with this company before; I've always been satisfied.

As expected, my visit was once again very pleasant. The team was very friendly and the appointments were quick. We have three cars with these guys, where the tires are mounted and stored. Keep up the good work.👍

I was on a business trip to Merseburg. I got to my car in the morning and the tire was almost flat, with a nail stuck in it. One call to "Reifen Meißner" and I felt better. They not only promised, but they repaired the tire. All on the same day, without any advance notice or endless fuss about scheduling an appointment. Just as it should be, straightforward and excellent work. Thank you very much for the perfect treatment. I had a great time, and the price was more than fair! I highly recommend it!
