Despite the current situation on the used car market, buying a car from Mr. O. Schmeißer was a very positive experience. He is an extremely competent, friendly, and reliable salesman. He went to great lengths to find the perfect car for my needs. The service was consistently professional and trustworthy. I love my little Citroën C1 – a fantastic city car.

The service there was truly awful, especially considering we bought a car for over €20,000. We've been waiting for over two months for a response regarding the towbar we actually wanted – absolutely no information, and even after following up four weeks ago, the salesperson didn't give us a single reasonable answer. Now we don't need the towbar anymore and are foregoing their service, which was completely nonexistent. Personally, I would have preferred not to buy the car there in the first place, as I found the salesperson very unpleasant. But anyway, we bought it and are very happy with the car.
That's why I'm giving it two stars, but only because of the car. The service deserves zero stars in my opinion.

The entire process, including the test drive, the fun ribbon-drawn pickup, bonus extras, and a nationwide warranty for a 10-year-old used car, was better than with my previous new compact cars. The sales consultant, Mr. Schmeisser, honored all verbal agreements and cleverly replaced an unavailable original part.
The 240 km trip to Merseburg was well worth it.
