The order was supposed to take two days. They promised a phone call upon completion. I picked up my bikes a week later. My inquiry about the reason for the delay was met with incomprehension and unfriendly responses, without any apology or concessions, and with a price increase of over 30 percent compared to previous years. That's it!

I received my vehicle back from Reifen Feustel and later discovered that it had been delivered with porous and significantly aged tires. This was not mentioned beforehand. The problem was only discovered by another garage. When I inquired, I was simply told that there was "no documentation" on the matter.
The work carried out in the affiliated paint shop also fell short of the expected standard, in my opinion.
Among other things:
Underbody protection was apparently applied over existing rust.
There were visible dust inclusions in the paint.
The tailgate was not properly reassembled: Water leaked from the tailgate when the rear wiper was used, and the wiper itself didn't work.
These issues were explained to me with the explanation that they were "typical problems" of the vehicle manufacturer.
Overall, I had the impression that complaints and reports of potential defects were only partially addressed, and there was little willingness to investigate the causes further.
Conclusion: Unfortunately, my overall experience was unsatisfactory.

Unfortunately, my visit to Reifen Feustel GmbH was anything but satisfactory. Despite a pre-arranged appointment for wheel alignment, tire fitting, and wheel balancing, no one on-site was aware of my booking. Instead of a solution, I was offered a new appointment, which was out of the question for me after this experience. The unfriendly nature of the employees was also particularly disappointing. Once, and never again.

I went to have my tires changed and balanced in April. They told me I needed new winter tires and had to take them to the MOT, but they didn't say anything about the current summer tires. I had an MOT appointment two days later, but I couldn't get it because two tires didn't pass!! When I asked about it, they told me they wanted to tell me I wouldn't last the year with two summer tires, but they didn't know how many kilometers I drive...
A service!!
So I go to a tire shop specifically...
If I had had my winter tires MOT done, I would have gotten it, but I might have blown out a tire on the highway?! What kind of service is that for a tire shop??!!
Instead of telling me: it's possible they won't pass the MOT with two tires, they forgo the revenue from two new tires, and I pay for pointless balancing...

So far, I've had nothing but positive experiences. Always fast service at reasonable prices. The nail in my girlfriend's quad tire was repaired so well that I couldn't find the spot anymore.
I can only recommend it.
