I was a long-time customer at ATU and had my service and tire changes, including storage, done. I was always satisfied with the quality and the staff. In November 2023, after purchasing a car, I took my summer tires directly to ATU for storage. However, when I changed the tires at the end of March 2024, I noticed two scratches on my rim that weren't there before. When I filed a complaint immediately after receiving the car, I reported the damage, but unfortunately didn't take any before-and-after pictures. A short time later, my supervisor informed me by phone that he didn't believe the damage was caused by ATU. However, the scratches were too recent. Because I had bought the car a few hours earlier, I knew the damage was new. Never mind, the matter was resolved shortly afterwards anyway, as this rim had hit a traffic island. What's left is a bitter aftertaste and annoyance at the way I was treated as a customer, so I turned my back on ATU. For your information: A single rim costs around €800, so I was very disappointed with the way my complaint was handled. The pictures can be found in the review. Tom

We had an oil change today. We booked the appointment online from the comfort of our own home. There's a waiting area with drinks available. The staff are very friendly and were even finished 10 minutes early. I highly recommend them. I think the price/performance ratio is good.

The branch seemed rather disorganized. After waiting for almost three hours for an oil change, I inquired about the situation. I received a response, seemingly humorous, that "I've had it on my desk for ages, but something always came up." That's not what I call communication. To top it all off, they couldn't find my key. After a 15-minute search, it was finally located in another car. Large corporations like this usually have quality management manuals. Perhaps some of them should read the chapter on customer communication.
