This car dealership is fantastic!
From the very first contact via their contact form, they took care of my needs immediately. You can tell they have a professional and well-coordinated team. I've never experienced such great service at a car dealership before. Everything was perfectly prepared, and everything was implemented smoothly. Invoices were ready right away, too. I'm still speechless with amazement! :)
This is exactly how it should be!

Hello, I'd like to share my experience with accident repairs at Nett. My parents, both 85 years old, had an accident that wasn't their fault, which we had repaired at Nett. It went incredibly smoothly. You drive there, sign a declaration of assignment, and from that moment on, you can relax. Nett really takes care of everything, and they do it perfectly.
Many thanks to Mr. Nett and especially to Ms. Dillmann. I can't imagine it getting much better. Older car owners, in particular, can feel well-advised here, as hardly anyone takes the time for this age group these days. The work is first-class.

Wir sind für ein Fahrzeug nach Mayen gefahren, welches wir im Internet gefunden hatten. Bereits bei dem ersten Telefonat mit dem Verkauf wurden die wichtigsten Fragen vorab ausführlich beantwortet.
Zu dem vereinbarten Besichtigungstermin stand das Fahrzeug bereits gereinigt vor der Tür. Wir wurden durch Herrn Meyer sehr freundlich empfangen und wir konnten direkt zu einer Probefahrt starten. Nach der Rückkehr wurden alle Dinge die uns aufgefallen sind aufgenommen und anschließend wurden alle Möglichkeiten besprochen.
Herr Meyer hat jederzeit sehr professionell und freundlich reagiert auch wenn wir evtl. Manchmal ein wenig anstrengend waren 😉
Leider ist es nicht zum Kauf des Fahrzeugs gekommen. Dies lag allerdings an einem Umstand, den wir als Kunden zu verschulden hatten.
Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Autohaus mit einem sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Team. Vielleicht klappt es ja ein anderes mal.
