I had new "shoes" (tires) ordered and installed on my 2012 Mini Cooper S R58 JCW. I arrived 10 minutes early and was seen immediately. The service was done in 35 minutes. I drove the car 20 minutes and, as requested by the technician, brought the car for one last tightening/check of the lug nuts. The entire staff were professional and friendly. They accepted my VAT form without any explanation. I highly recommend their service for Americans living in the Mainz and Wiesbaden area.

Booking an appointment prior to going will be a good idea as it is Busy!
