Tire replacement.
The replacement took place from Friday evening to Tuesday. Very fast service and excellent execution. The team on site was also very friendly.
My only criticism is the price of the tire. It was almost twice as expensive as the one I had fitted a few months earlier at my usual dealership (the same tire). Unfortunately, no one is reachable by phone.
Nevertheless, I would definitely use this location again. 👍🏻

Beware of rip-offs!!
8/25/2025. I was quoted a total price for 4 tires over the phone and an appointment was made.
After installation, the bill was MORE THAN DOUBLE as much.
Supposedly, THE BOSS had quoted the price. But he wasn't there. I paid with reservation and asked for a call back...
You're allowed to pay 3 times... I'm still waiting.
That was the first and last time I encountered a rip-off paradise.

Unfortunately, the days are over when Mr. Herr and his colleagues were still on-site in Mainz-Mombach. Back then, they still provided genuine service! Friendly, competent, and fast. After about four years, I went there today for the first time with an appointment because of a minor problem. At the "reception" I was neither greeted nor even looked at by a single employee. To top it off, I was met by another employee to whom I tried to explain the problem on-site. He replied that he didn't speak German... A third employee was quite friendly, but unfortunately couldn't compensate for the bad impression his two colleagues left on me. That was probably the end of Euromaster. Everything has its time...

Excellent service, tires arrived immediately, hardly any waiting time, tires were fitted right away. Would gladly use again!

The service used to be good; I've been a customer for years, but unfortunately, the service has deteriorated drastically. I have no idea if the operator has changed?
Our vehicle's MOT wasn't issued. They said they'd get back to you within two days with an appointment for repairs. There were deadlines. No one ever got back to them, and there was no response to inquiries via the contact form. No one answered the phone either. Another garage quickly provided a cost estimate, performed the repairs, and arranged the MOT appointment. The car is running perfectly again. Unfortunately, our summer tires are stored there, so we'll have to go back if we can schedule an appointment...
