I took my Volvo in for repairs. The diagnosis was a blown head gasket. He kept me waiting for nine weeks, and when I picked up the car after nine weeks, the head gasket was still leaking. More damage had been done: engine block threads were stripped, and bolts weren't tightened properly. Now my car is totaled. Please, everyone, stay away from this scam artist. 🤮🤮🤮

Both my boyfriend and I are customers of Mr. Hüttmann. I drive an older car with 300,000 km on the clock.
Mr. Hüttmann took care of my car quickly and repaired it (replacing many parts). I also have to say that in the nine years since I've owned the car, I haven't replaced any car parts :)
Everything was cheaper than at any other repair shop, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend this shop!
I also can't understand the other negative reviews; I'm personally extremely satisfied!

I would have liked to use the service. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance!
Not helpful at all, and friendliness isn't what you'd call it!
They don't help you at all, even though they referred you directly to this workshop or recommended one to me.
I think it's a real shame, but it's a good thing that shouldn't be...
Another little rhyme:
His brother is great, but this one is unfortunately a flop!
I'm only giving it 2 stars because my family has been going to his brother's workshop for ages!

Only one star because the repair shop doesn't deserve more. The service was fast, the car runs. But nothing more.
The alternator needed to be replaced. One day later, the car was ready. However, this also required replacing a tensioner or V-belt (okay), the ignition switch (I still don't know why), and a new, completely overpriced battery for €264. These are offered online for less than half that. Mr. Hüttmann's exact words: "We don't set the prices. We have suppliers." I was not consulted about the additional work. What's being done here borders on deception and rip-off.
By the way, the belt that was replaced is much too long. The vehicle squeaks constantly. Those are horrible noises. Mr. Hüttmann wanted to repair it, replace the servo pump, etc. Better not.
Update 09/2022 - another repair shop immediately determined that the V-belt was too long. The belt tensioner couldn't do its job properly. After replacing it, no problems arose.

I brought my Caddy in with an engine warning light on. The lambda sensor needed replacing, and we were even asked whether we wanted the more expensive original VW sensor or a cheaper, no-name one. I'm happy with the win-win situation and can highly recommend them.
