About two weeks ago, I was looking for a new car and just wanted to quickly ask when I could schedule a test drive. I was then put in touch with Mr. Gänzle. With him, I looked at a few vehicles that had caught my eye.
In the end, I was even able to take a test drive right away, without an appointment.
I then decided on the A 220.
Thanks to Mr. Gänzle and his professionalism, the paperwork went very smoothly. Everything was explained, and no questions remained unanswered. The trade-in of my old 180 also went without a hitch. When I picked up my car, Mr. Gänzle again took plenty of time to clarify the final details and explain the car and its features to me.
My conclusion:
The AHG Hoffmann car dealership in Ludwigsburg was the best place for me.
The staff were always very friendly, whether outside in the courtyard, at the information desk, or in the showroom.
Thanks again to Mr. Gänzle, who handled the whole thing wonderfully with his competence and friendliness.
