I rarely do this sort of thing, but I had an appointment at this garage. Initially, when I dropped off the car, everyone seemed very friendly and competent. But when I picked it up, they immediately started telling me what they'd found wrong with the vehicle and what the problem was. That's all well and good, but if I'm a tire service and garage, I expect to pick up my car in working order.
The bottom line is, I was charged almost €100 for balancing, tightening the wheel bolts, and addressing rollover damage! Incidentally, the problem wasn't fixed, and they told me to go to another garage. If this is what a garage should be like, then I won't be going back. On top of that, they made some incorrect diagnoses. What a shame!

As always, quick and excellent work. I'm always pleased when everything goes so smoothly. I can highly recommend Reifen Heidrich. Very solid work. I even got a courtesy car without any problems, and the vehicle inspection (HU) was passed thanks to the excellent work they did on my car. It's definitely an advantage to have a good garage that keeps your car in good condition.

By tire service, I mean the service provided to the customer regarding their tires.
At Heidrich, the customer can only use this tire service if they also purchase the tires from Heidrich.
Apparently, there's not enough profit in simply mounting tires for a customer order.
What a shame. It might have been my go-to tire service in the future.
The explanations and justifications offered by Heidrich Tire Service in response to my statement ultimately demonstrate their arrogance towards the customer.
My order was simply for the mounting of two tires on rims. I would have paid for this "service" and been done with it. By stating that this service is not possible for their highly qualified employees due to the inferior quality of the tires I brought with me from the internet, Heidrich is essentially denying the competence of other tire services that don't turn customers away.
My tires have since been mounted by a qualified professional at another tire service.
