They provide incredibly fast service here. I had a flat tire! Within 10 minutes, Mr. Jung had dispatched a mechanic with a Sprinter van.
He removed the tire on the spot, took it to the workshop, mounted a new tire on the rim, drove back to my car in the Sprinter, and installed the new tire.
Within an hour, I received excellent service and was able to drive home!

Unfortunately, very few companies are flexible and helpful these days.

It was my first time there and I made an appointment for service. Mr. Jung was there himself at the reception. The service was excellent: friendly, competent, and he took his time as I had a problem. I brought a winter tire in to have it glued. It was professionally hot-glued, and once again, I'm satisfied.

My requested appointment for a tire change was arranged at very short notice. The staff are exceptionally friendly.
And the prices are very fair. The competition could learn a thing or two from them.

Absolutely competent advice on all aspects of car repairs. I'm always completely satisfied, whether it's an inspection, tire change, or repair. Very nice people and always willing to listen.
