So far, I'm completely satisfied. I received excellent support and advice throughout the car purchase process. Before the car was ready for pickup, the TÜV inspection, service, tire change, and registration were all taken care of for me. From contract signing to pickup, it only took about a week.

Great car dealership! I've bought my fifth car there now, and everything has always been great. It's just a shame the branch is closing.
A small addendum to those who are dissatisfied: perhaps you should reflect on your behavior, because as they say, what goes around comes around.

My experience happened some time ago, but it still bothers me. My father was a satisfied customer here for many years, buying several vehicles in a row. After his passing, I received a letter from AMZ in Grünau offering to trade in the current vehicle for €6,000 with the purchase of a new Opel. I wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to sell the car to AMZ. Suddenly, the €6,000 offer was no longer valid. The salesman documented every little damage and said he would have to coordinate it with the repair shop.
Two days later, I received an offer for €3,300!
We then visited a dealer in Wachau, were explained the calculation without being asked, and received an offer for the purchase of €7,500.
It's sad how they treat the relatives of long-standing customers after their deaths. That's not a good sign.
