Hatte Reifenpanne... Samstag angerufen (es ist sofort jemand rangegangen!), Problem geschildert. Es war sofort klar wie geholfen werden kann und das ich vorbeikommen muss wegen FAHRZEUGSCHEIN. Komplettes Rad zu Montag bestellt! Montag dann nach kurzen Überlegungen und guten Hinweisen der Mitarbeiter sogar gleich noch Ersatzgummis spontan (zusätzlich) aufgezogen.
Top Service und Kundenorientiert. Mega zufrieden.

Today I replaced my summer tires with new all-season tires. The price was high, €162. I thought everything would be professional at that price. It took an hour and 20 minutes. One of the rims was scratched 25-30 cm long. (Mercedes E 200, 2020 model) At the end, he asked me if I wanted wheel bags, which cost an extra €2. He didn't want to add them to the invoice. He only did it when I insisted. How professional is the person who asked me—did he imagine I was putting four dirty tires on the car? At Euromaster, it cost €111, it was done in 25 minutes, and the bags were automatically included in the price. I'm going to go to the police and file a complaint about the scratch on the alloy wheel. They inflated the wheels unevenly.
