We recently purchased an electric car from this dealership. We received exceptional attention from the staff and in particular from Mr. Ridvan Dülger. We wrote online from Bulgaria and immediately received a reply with an offer. Within a few days we negotiated a price and purchased the car, which turned out to be exactly as in the offer. We will definitely purchase again, the staff is competent and attentive.

I am an American woman that has been living in Neu Ulm for 3 years. I don't know much German and I often find the processes in Germany to be difficult and confusing. Searching for a car was one of those processes. My husband and I went to several dealerships. Not one person came to talk to us. When we find found someone to talk to, they didn't have any answers to our questions and couldn't even find keys to the cars we were interested in.
On a random trip to Gûnzburg, we drove by the Scheel Autohaus and decided to try one more time. Burak Güler immediately came out to talk to us. We found him friendly and relaxed. He asked us appropriate questions and showed us the cars he thought we would like. He was well informed and knowledgeable about his cars.He helped us find the best car that suited our needs and walked us through each step of the process in both English and German. Herr Güler was considerate, thoughtful and made the car-buying process very easy for me. Out of all of my experiences here in Germany, Herr Güler was the best!

I've contacted Burak and scheduled an appointment and test drive of a 1-year car. At the moment of the appointment the car was pretty clean and ready to drive. I liked the car and decided to proceed. I really wanted to get a discount, even though the car had already "Very good price" (according to mobile.de) tag on it. Burak managed to make an extra discount and this was the key in decision making (I have dismissed another similar car just because of that).
Then everything was organized very fast. It was my request to get the car ASAP. And it was organized rocket fast for Germany. Long story short, I've got the car within a week, with the service done. Also I have received a bottle of champagne as a gift!
Would be happy to recommend to a friend or to buy a car from “Scheel Autohaus” and especially Burak again!

As a foreigner buying an electric car for export to Portugal, I was delighted by the professionals at Autohaus Scheel. Ridvan Doelger and his team made the purchase and registration process quick and efficient and promptly provided all of the documentation required throughout the long painful process of legalizing the car in Portugal. Kudos to Ridvan for excellent customer service. Excellent service and competitive prices earns Autohaus Scheel my highest praise.
