Top workshop – highly recommended! Unfortunately, I only have spontaneous time – but they always find a solution here. Last week, I called on Thursday about an inspection and was given an appointment for Tuesday straight away, even though they were very busy. Loyalty is not only expected here, but also reciprocated. I've been bringing my cars exclusively to this workshop for some time now, and I'm extremely satisfied every time – both with the service and the overall experience. About six months ago, I asked for a complete car check and everything necessary to be done. Only two minor issues were found – that's rare! Often, more is done than is really necessary when you do a private check – not here. I'm thrilled and finally feel like I'm in really good hands. 5* plus!

In a difficult time, needing the car quickly due to travel to Germany and an imminent return to Italy, we received unique and invaluable support!!! Especially since other businesses in the neighborhood had refused us quick service and others had even threatened to replace the tire, which they deemed unrepairable. I had a glass damage issue with my Tesla, and the Arval app suggested a repair shop. I went there briefly, received a very friendly welcome, the damage was assessed quickly, and I was able to get an appointment at very short notice. Everything went perfectly. The repair was completed faster than expected, and there were no problems with pickup. Great service and a lovely lady at reception. 👍
