We used to come here regularly for changing tires and for maintenance related to oil and aircon. However, lately one of the service managers has demonstrated several times unfriendly and noncooperative behavior and in addition we had some quality issues for the service provided. Consequently we will avoid this shop in future and also cannot recommend it anymore to anyone.

I bring the car with proper functioning TPMS after I receive it I always get an error. There is no support from the personnel to solve the issue. It is the second time in which I get a car with a malfunction & I have had to pay extra money to the car dealer to do the work that Pitstop cannot do or does not want to do. Thanks, but no dear PitStop, that was the last time I used your services.

Went to the shop today and received really good advice about my maintenance schedule. I highly recommend this shop. Great customer service!

The brakes (pads/discs) were completely replaced. Everything from scheduling the appointment to pickup was done as agreed. The work was completed quickly, and the price was absolutely fair. The staff were friendly. I would gladly use their services again.
