Very knowledgeable, helpful and kind staff. I stranded at this garage because my car had a defect. Communicating wasn't easy because my German is quite bad. But they were incredibly patient and nice, and also quickly found out what was wrong with the car. Thank you!

I recently purchased a used Volvo V90 from the Kritzow branch. The salesperson assigned to me, Mr. Knack, was able to accommodate my preferred appointment for an initial viewing. The information about the vehicle on Mobile.de was accurate, so there were no surprises. We were also able to negotiate the price within reason, leading to a purchase agreement.
Upon delivery, the car was polished and even had two new tires fitted. While the old tires were still acceptable, the salesperson felt more secure handing it over in this condition. This gave me a very positive impression.
Overall, the interaction was very friendly. I highly recommend Mr. Knack as a sales consultant.
