About three months ago, I bought a used Opel Astra K from Autohaus Haas and I'm quite disappointed. The selection was rather poor overall, and I had to wait ages for a test drive appointment. After the purchase, things got really difficult – I received hardly any updates, and despite several calls with promised callbacks, no one ever got back to me.
The car was also ready later than promised. The winter tires that were supposed to be fitted weren't there, so I had to do it myself. The tires were included, but without the TPMS sensors – you can tell they didn't even have the right tires. Even after that, I had to call several more times just to get an appointment. I was promised a loaner car, but I never received it.
All in all, I'm really disappointed with the entire process and the service. I had expected significantly more reliability and customer friendliness, and therefore, I unfortunately cannot recommend this dealership.

I am extremely satisfied with my used car purchase. The Opel Corsa OPC was exactly as I found it during the test drive – completely transparent and honest. All agreements were reliably honored, the transaction went smoothly, and I was able to pick up the vehicle promptly. The entire service was consistently professional and customer-oriented.

I bought my Opel Corsa in September. We made arrangements with the salesperson, including agreeing to have the scratches on the doors, left by the previous owner, removed. After three weeks, we still hadn't received a call back or an email. When we contacted the salesperson in writing, the automated reply simply stated that he no longer worked for the dealership. After several attempts to reach the dealership by phone, some of them unsuccessful, we were only informed that the salesperson had been dismissed. By then, four weeks had passed since the purchase, and we were quite annoyed with the service. When I picked up my car in mid-October, surprise surprise, there were still scratches on the doors that apparently hadn't been noticed. Annoying, but okay. Now it's mid-November, and I've been waiting for my winter tires from the same dealership for almost three weeks. I've made several calls, been given the runaround, but haven't received a single return call despite repeated requests. No one was available during the opening hours stated on the phone and listed online.
I am beyond disappointed by this extremely poor service and will certainly never buy another car from Opel Haas in Königsbrunn, let alone recommend this Opel dealership!

Small, cramped, and difficult parking. It needs some sprucing up or renovation.
The employee at check-in was very friendly. The service at the workshop was satisfactory.
