I had a minor issue with my rental Volvo where the engine coolant cable got clamped and snapped. I'm sure it was when Avis did their maintenance and broke it. Avis did not help after hours of calling the help line. I came to the la Linea Volvo hoping they can help. Volvo was able to fix the problem for free in 15 minutes. Excellent service from Volvo that showed pride in their product. As a Volvo owner now I feel like I need to buy another one..

I needed a Green certificate to allow me to drive my Volvo to city centre hotel, Köln . Hotel was unable to help other than email me to say find a garage and get one. I called Volvo la Linea and spoke to Anastasia Korobovtseva. I only speak English , (I’m a Scotsman). She was amazing. I found the dealership with google on Vovo apple carplay. She was so helpful all done sticker on a car and all compliant . Would I recommend la Linea Volvo … absolutely if the staff are all like Anastasia Korobovtseva.

some years agou mi car was ther for service after that we agree car stay ther 2-3 days because im not in town they day when i shud come pick up car i get call that some one brake window for mi car when i come was rain car was under rain nobody even try cover it or sou it was first strange think then we find out that mi car was park somewhere out of save zone of them parkin we callpolice do complain and order new widonw what was mi suprise when i come pick up car they want i pay for window ! they have keys of mi car park it i dont know where and some one brake window when car was in them hands and it mi problem
they want mi insurance pay it and i say no then mi bonus go up and it not mi foult
we have meeting with manager who first was not speak english and second hi was lie that it mi cost i have loyer and all papers was done and i show him that when carshop have keys and car it them resposobility
what was most wierd manager was say sou much bad word and acting like marginal and when i show him papers just kick mi out of office
they pay for glas nobody say sory or somethink
when i come pick up car ther was gentelmen alsp english speaking who have problems with custumer servise and also crazy story i tell him mine and explain that placeis like that

Bought a Volvo at this delaership. They provide excellent service and very helpful staff. In addition to really good cars.
