The bushy black haired lady is rude and useless. She simply walked away in the middle of my sentence.
You don't do that to a customer even if you don't have the product they are looking for. It's disrespectful.

I would give 0 if I could. The attitude of the old lady is unacceptable. Disrespectful and demeaning. She should not work with people.

I come here frequently for oil changes, the staff is sometimes okay to deal with however not super friendly but hey its Germany after all. Sometimes they seem to not have a clue about small replacements at all, they wanted to charge me 400 € to replace the air flow sensor on my old BMW, I just bought the freaking thing on ebay for 40 bucks and installed it in 10 min in a parking lot.

Excellent service - Not only they replaced two tires in a short time, they also proactively checked/fixed other issues with my car: rear radar sensor re-tightened, removed water accumulated in a cavity of the car body, etc.

Typical german car repairs. You need an appointment even for changing a bulb.
