Disappointing Experience at Partner Company Mohallik Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience at partner company Mohallik today. I was barely greeted at my appointment. The employee was engrossed in another task and left me standing there for several minutes without a word of explanation. A brief, friendly reminder would have been enough to make an appreciative impression – instead, I simply felt overlooked. When he finally checked on my appointment, he told me that the tires I had ordered hadn't arrived yet – even though I had specifically scheduled the appointment and ordered the tires over three weeks ago. There was no prior notification of this. When I inquired, I simply received the comment that it was a special order and that it could take a while. Not a word of regret or apology. The employee also didn't impress me professionally. When I asked about the quality of the selected tires, he said that all the tires were "actually the same, just different in price." This doesn't seem very competent and doesn't inspire confidence in the advice. Conclusion: The appointment was in vain, the communication was unprofessional, and the way customers were treated was unfortunately lacking in respect.

I recently had my tires changed at Mohallik e.K., a EUROMASTER partner garage. I received a warm welcome upon arrival. I was especially pleased to be invited to the grand opening and to have the opportunity to meet the new managing director. The service was first-class, the organization flawless, and my appointments were kept punctually. A competent and dedicated team. I will gladly return and can wholeheartedly recommend them!
