I took my BMW in for a transmission flush! It was done as agreed. The transmission shifts like new again!! I'm very satisfied and can highly recommend it!!

I went there to have a fault read out – it went smoothly and quickly. Thank you very much for that! The fault was identified as misfiring on cylinder 2.
However, the elderly gentleman at the counter subsequently told me that all ignition coils and spark plugs had to be replaced – they supposedly couldn't test which one was defective. According to him, checking wasn't worth it; you should "simply replace everything." Now that's a particularly sustainable approach.
I then went to another workshop – they specifically checked and only replaced the defective parts. Instead of the estimated €440, I paid only €120 – with the same, if not better, result.
Fault reading: excellent. Repair advice: unfortunately not convincing. Therefore, I can only recommend it with reservations.

A very good and competent auto repair shop...highly recommended. Always available by phone, quick appointments, excellent advice, and clear explanations. Excellent value for money. Great workshop!
Especially as a woman with no prior technical knowledge, I've often had the experience of being pushed for more than necessary, but that's not the case here. Advice is provided on an equal level, with clear and understandable explanations, and all at a reasonable price. You can always reach someone by phone. I'm really very satisfied.
