(Update October 2026): Few days ago, I took my car to a BMW official dealer in another city, they were checking something on my car but told me something about my car that I was not aware of and the seller never told me. A small part in one of the bumpers were painted before I buy the car! This was very surprising because the employee at Ungeheuer Karlsruhe never told me about this! I suggest everyone to be aware that they might not lie to you but they might not tell you everything about the car you are buying! Avoid them or be careful!
We bought a BMW 1er from this Ungeheuer Automobile branch. Mr. Yenigün was very friendly and available to all our questions. He explained to us everything with details, and I felt quite comfortable in the whole process. Even though they are a big brand, the final price we paid for the car was quite fair.
