This is my 2nd time visit to ATU Bulach. First time it took 45 minutes with Appointment.
This time it took 3 hours even with an appointment. I took an appointment for 10 AM, arrived on time. Car is taken in at 11:30 and they handed it over to me at almost 1 PM. It took too long. Not a very pleasant experience especially when i came in with my 3 year old hyper-active toddler. Service is great but you gotta be planned to wait longer than expected.

They cheat give wrong information to customers just increase business! I had a puncture in my tire, ATU convinced us by saying SUV tire change rules in Germany are “ once the tire has puncture you need a new one” we found it ridiculous but we had less time as we were starting a holiday the day after and decided to change. When I went to receive the car after tire change, I asked them where is the rule written and they say there is no rule of such kind. Till date I tried reaching the manager but they try and escape. They just wasted my 200 euro! I have seen that the news spreads to my company and none will visit this place ever.

I came here because I had a problem with my camper. When I stopped and wanted to ask politely where I could best park my camper because it is big and I did not want to get in the way, the employee rudely snapped at me and ordered me to go away and left me no chance to ask or say anything. He treated me like a dog and that is no way to treat a person, and it was uncalled for. If you treat your custumers that way than I will take my business elsewhere, so I went away instantly. Too bad.
