This car center has nice professional colleagues who really trying their best to solve your issues, most of them are really experienced. Girls and guys at the reception - truly unprofessional and they definitely require more training how to deal with customers and act in a friendly and professional way. Also, trying to reach them out via phone - you can forget that. You will be waiting long time in a call, then reach someone from customer support, not from this center, then waiting for a call back for at least 24h or longer. So 3 stars go only for service quality of “old school” guys.

Great service and very professional. Bought my Peugeot 5008 here and happy for the price they offered and the service they provide. Really recommend.

Terrible.
I bought a car from these guys, only to find out that the navigation/entertainment system has been "upgraded". Many of the buttons in the car did not correspond with their supposed functions. This was not pointed out to me when I bought the car, even though the specification document showed that it had the original Citroen system. I was told by the salesman that basically told that it was my problem. I had to get the KFZ-Schiedstelle involved. It was only once I could prove using a photo of the spec sheet that I had taken months ago, that the car was specified as having a Citroen system, I managed to get my money back. They decided to keep 500€ back for their expenses, which I thought was extremely unprofessional. I expected more from an official dealer

Not possitive.
They hand over the car with airconditioning problems. I claimed and never got an answer.
After talking to my mechanic he convinced them to take my claim and solved it inside warranty.
On the month 8 I had a little maintainance issue, they fix it and charged me 390 euros saying the car has no warranty anymore.
The seller sold me the car telling me that it has always 1 year warranty.
Not recommended.
