"Everything that glitters is not gold" – and this car dealer proves it.
I bought a car in June 2024, and just six months later, it was already in the workshop. "Warranty" seems to be a foreign concept here.
Phone calls? Ignored.
Emails? Ignored.
Official letters? Ignored.
Customers? Completely disregarded.
I made the mistake of ignoring negative reviews, and it cost me dearly. If you're considering buying a car here, think 1,000 times before making the same mistake.
Save your money. Save your time. Save yourself the frustration.

RACISM ALERT! Germany seems to be moving backwards in terms of diversity and inclusion and this dealer proves the point! Never again!
PS: when we wanted to reserve a car, they said they won’t allow reserving cars during weekend. It is Friday today. LOL

I had a bad experience as a foreigner (EU citizen). I was in the Berlin area during a business trip and wanted to buy an Opel Grandland X Hybrid from this dealership.
Their sales representative was not a good English speaker, I hold no grudge to him though.
However, the manager saw me multiple times and didn't bother to approach me, he pretended I wasn't there and they basically come up with a ton of excuses why they can't sell me the car.
Before this incident I thougth cash is king, Autohaus Jürgen Lautschproved me wrong. They don't need my money, it seems.
I ended up buying the car from another Opel dealeriship called Autohaus Stauner in Schwandorf. Those guys were true professionals.
