A super friendly and helpful team! We had to make an unplanned stop at the Euromaster workshop in Jena because we were sent from Berlin with a vehicle that wasn't particularly roadworthy, and this workshop, the car rental company's nearest partner workshop, was on our way at the time. I spent many hours in the workshop office alone with my toddler, and at no point were they even slightly annoyed; in fact, they even included me and kept me busy after work. Our camper was always taken care of as quickly as possible (unfortunately, we always had to wait for support from the car rental company, which meant we had to spend the second night in Jena unnecessarily), in addition to scheduled repairs/inspections. So, two days later, with a safe camper, which had new brakes and tires on the rear, we were able to start our vacation and the trip across the Alps with a clear conscience and not quite so bad a mood. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts on behalf of the two of us. 🧡🚐🙂

As always, friendly, competent, and helpful. Despite the workshop being full, the diagnosis was made quickly, the cost estimate was discussed, and the parts were ordered. An appointment was arranged as soon as possible. Good communication (which, unfortunately, isn't always a given these days). THANK YOU

I booked the appointment online 😊 it was super easy and worked perfectly. The staff at Euromaster in Jena are incredibly polite and they kept to the agreed time slot. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely come back.

The job started on time, the reception was friendly, and the advice was competent. Plus, there was Wi-Fi and coffee to pass the time. I always felt at ease – from the time I booked an appointment to the moment I left the yard.
