Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative reviews. I arrived with a problem: one of my tires kept losing air, making my car undriveable. I offered to leave the car there for the entire day in the next few days. The response was that I could only get an appointment in over a month. They were fully booked with tire changes. There was absolutely no understanding, or rather, no willingness, to help someone who couldn't drive. It seems like everyone was already busy with winter tires. But this wasn't the first time; the customer service was abysmal.
