First, we waited forever for any advice, then our data was recorded without us even knowing the price, and finally, the price was significantly higher than at other workshops. I don't know if it's because of the holiday season, but the employee was very grumpy and unfriendly. Never again Pitstop Iserlohn.

I went there for the MOT and left my car there overnight.
After an hour, I received a call saying my front shock absorbers were defective and needed to be replaced urgently.
The quote was €1,800 for the front axle.
I then sought several opinions – all of them said the shock absorbers were perfectly fine.
Hence my impression: They're trying to sell unnecessary repairs. I wouldn't go there again.

To all first-time car owners and generally people without much car knowledge: Don't bother with this garage! They mercilessly exploit your ignorance, only to treat you with absolute condescension afterwards! They completely humiliate you if you've made a mistake with a booking, and then when you ask questions (so that you can do better in the future), they act as if everything is self-explanatory and common knowledge! I went there for two years anyway because of the proximity, and in every matter they were equally condescending and inconsiderate. After they charged me almost 500 euros, even though it wouldn't have been necessary if they had called me once and pointed out my mistake (which they noticed immediately!!), I won't go there anymore! Pure rip-off!

I recently took my car to Pitstop for its inspection and MOT (German roadworthiness test). Their first task was to check for dents and scratches. At the end, I was told that repairs totaling almost €2,700 were necessary. These included replacing the front shock absorbers, front lights, and injectors, as they were supposedly so defective that the car would never pass the MOT. They would have preferred to replace the brakes as well, but unfortunately, they are only two years old and have less than 20,000 km on the car. The branch refused to provide me with a written estimate/quote for the repairs. After obtaining other quotes, it turned out that nothing Pitstop had found wrong with my car was true. Therefore, I cannot recommend this garage.
