Everything is great there. The prices are good, and so is the service. In addition to friendly and courteous service, you also get competent advice and short delivery times. Furthermore, it's a small, regional business that's worth supporting. The region thrives on small businesses, not large ones that take their profits elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I have to give one star... this workshop is absolutely not customer-friendly 😕
This workshop was recommended to me as a partner of Reifendirekt. So, we had the tires delivered there and mounted on the rims. When I got home, I noticed a blister on the sidewall of the tire. I went back on Monday and complained, and was told that it was normal, just some kind of adhesive, and that it would come loose over time. After some back and forth, the employee very rudely agreed to a new order.
When I picked up the tire, they said, well, they'll just sell the tire with the blister to another customer who doesn't have a problem with it.
