On a road trip from Estonia to Nürburgring to Italy. Had a wheel balance issue and they took me in right away even though they were busy. The mechanic knew what he was doing and was polite and thorough. Great service.

The shop owners, Yasin Arslanalp and Alexander Loeffler, are very friendly, flexible, highly efficient, and extremely professional. Currently, it's very difficult to get summer tires changed without an appointment in Germany. Since we urgently needed to have tires changed on four vehicles, we were lucky to find them. With their help, we were able to change the tires without any problems. Thank you again for your great support!👍👍👍

I rate the air conditioning service including disinfection: Mr. Löffler and the team were friendly and customer-oriented at all times. I was always informed about the next steps regarding any problems I encountered in a clear and understandable manner, which gave me a good feeling and confidence in the work of the workshop team. In the end, the effort and scope of services were significantly higher than expected, but the quoted price was more than fair – namely, as originally agreed. I was offered coffee while I waited, and when paying, I was reminded of the Payback points I would otherwise have forgotten. In my case, the conclusion: top-notch work quality, top-notch service, and top-notch pricing – I was extremely pleasantly surprised and will keep this branch in mind, even though it's 40 km from where I live. My RV tires were crying for air. The excellent, fast, and friendly service at this location solved that problem.
