Please let people know you charge extra for bringing your own tires. There was no note about it in the online portal, it defies logic to have this as an extra to your tire change packages (let alone the lack of transparency)

Again, I don't like the service I had.
Last time I said that someone called me not to know the problem but to tell me that I'm wrong and keep saying we did the best for you, even though they didn't.
By the way I was in the Hospital when they called and I asked the technician to call again later but he refused, he said why do you complain while we did the best service, but actually they didn't.
To be honest, they fixed the same issue I had after only 8 months but I had to pay almost the same amount of 1400 Euro again.
So from their perspective I got the service.

had to go there to negotiate a date for small repairs, they still did not stick to their promised time ..

Always busy on phone. They need a call centre. Under employed. Less people on the desk.
