We were driving through Europe with our old V70 and our turbo boost pipe split on the way, close to Nuremberg. This place was the only one that took us in for a quick repair. We were traveling with 2 children as well, staff there were worth 10 stars not 5. Absolutely looked after us and helped us with everything we needed, they even booked us a taxi. Upon checking the work that has been done I realised the attention to details that they had, they noticed as well that my air filter box was not sealing properly due to old screws and they put brand new ones and rethreaded them. I can only say that it was an absolute top notch experience. I highly recommend them, trust them and possibly even visit them for a service if we travel again, they were just the best. I do apologise for forgetting their names but they were all lovely and helpful. We were back on the road the next day.

My Lynk & Co broke down on the highway during my vacation trip heading to Croatia.
Autohaus Biegel is a company that is flexible and thinking in possibilities to help a family in need. If there was a possibility for a 6 star rating I would definitely give it.

I went for a test drive of Polestar 4 here and it went really great. The representative lady was super helpful and was also kind enough to communicate in English.

Family businesses are often more focused on you, the customer, and unlike the many larger dealerships (chains) with other brands in Erlangen/Nürnberg, everyone at Volvo Biegel is service oriented and knows what the colleagues can do to help you, if they can’t themselves.
Volvo makes great cars, also by German standards, and after 3 years/6 visites (XC90), I highly recommend Volvo Biegel.
