My parents and my husband have had very good experiences with Vergölst and like to go there.

Vielen Dank an Euch alle. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, U. Dreier

Impossible service! After purchasing rims and tires as an established customer with multiple vehicles, the balancing appointment wasn't scheduled for three weeks. And that was after a complaint!!! Impossible. Never received a quote for winter tires. Not recommended.

One star is still too much. Background: I wanted a quote for winter tires. The first question from the "salesman" (though the term "salesman" is a gross understatement here) was that he needed the vehicle registration document because of the HSN/TSN number. I said I didn't have it with me, but I knew the vehicle exactly (year of manufacture, engine type, model). With this information, a specialist shop could find the correct tire size within 30 seconds... they just have to want to. Service = disaster. I would have preferred to leave right then and there. Anyway, I looked up the number and told him that I needed four winter tires on 16-inch steel rims and didn't want premium tires; mid-range would be fine (so, for example, no Continental). I also only wanted to pick up the tires and not have them mounted. The man then told me it would cost over 600 euros. To be clear: 205/55 R16 winter tires on steel rims without mounting = over 150 euros each. (Mid-range tires cost €60-70 each, so the steel rim costs almost €80-90). I left the store immediately and will certainly never be a customer there again. You can rip someone else off. I would at least expect a reasonable explanation for such a price, but the customer has to ask for the details themselves (I know why ;-) ). I then went to another tire dealer in the AK region and got my winter tires for €440 including mounting and friendly service!

I took the tire in for repair, but it wasn't ready after two weeks. A week later, it still wasn't ready. I then took the tire to a competent tire service.
