The staff were very helpful and caring, they did speak English and German. The staff payed attention to detail. I had made an appointment for a week later to have my tires and oil changed on my Mercedes. I pulled up at the appointed time.one of the technicians came out from the back and greeted me by name. Took my car from me and proceeded to do the service while I checked in. The original promise time was 90 minutes it actually took less than 60, And that with corona going on 😷 pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

It was first time i was in A.T.U Frankfurt - Fechenheim for change summer Wheel. Actually i read here many people gave 2-3 stars but i think service was good. I also stored my old wheels there. Appointment is also easy via web page and you can choose which service you want. Also if you have question you can write email and they answered me directly the same day.

After having changed the wheels for the winter, I was informed by ATU that the brake fluid needs to be changed soon. When I called them to check again how urgent it is, I was told the brakes could collapse suddently without any advance warning. I was very upset and contacted my authorized Opel center. (After having rented a car for the weekend for a family trip where I did not want to risk the lives of my children), they said that the brake fluid was changed 6 months ago, that the analysis of ATU is not accurate and that the brake fluid is good for another 1-2 years. I will never ever return to ATU based on this experience and I would not recommend anybody else to go there if you are not a car-expert yourself.

Very professional, polite and available staff. They solved our problem without appointment which alowed us to continue our 2000 km trip.

There is usually necessary to book a time before arriving, but this is easy through there website, but generally everything works fast, I went there twice!
