I had all my car service for the last three years since I had an old Golf. The service was very decent and price reasonable. I’m far from any expert in cars, but I never felt cheated or anything here. The people here are very capable and responsible, and friendly as always. Mr.Frese runs the shop and he is very patient explaining all technical details. No bad experience at all!

I was there this week because a tire had lost air and Euromaster is supposed to be able to repair it. Unfortunately, in this case it wasn't possible. Since they didn't have a tire in stock in that size, I was given a loaner tire for a few days. Then the right one arrived and everything was sorted out. I am very satisfied with the service and will continue to go there. I don't understand some of the reviews here. If you are friendly, you will be treated that way. The only unfortunate thing is that the price of the tire online at Euromaster is significantly different and is 15% cheaper. The people in question should bear this in mind and also offer the price in the store. People are being encouraged to order the tire online and just have it fitted. I don't think this practice is appropriate. If you order the tire online and have it fitted somewhere, fine, but if you go to the branch, the price should be the same. The fitting is additional anyway.
